These terms govern your use of Toddler's Galaxy (the “Service”) at toddlersgalaxy.com, operated by Navya Systems, a proprietorship registered in India (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Who may use the Service
The Service is designed for children aged 2–6 to use with, or under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. Accounts, purchases and these terms are for adults: only a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over may create an account or buy a pass.
Accounts
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. Children do not need, and should not create, an account.
Free preview, free trial and passes
We offer a 24-hour preview per device, a 7-day free trial per account, and paid passes as described on our Pricing page. Passes are one-time purchases for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. We may change prices for future purchases; a pass you have already bought is not affected.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Prices in India include applicable GST. Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content; not to interfere with or attempt to bypass its security or payment systems; and not to use it for anything unlawful.
Content and intellectual property
All content in the Service — including illustrations, stories, games, audio and software — is owned by or licensed to Navya Systems. A pass gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your family during the pass period.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and correct, but it is provided “as is”, and we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will refund the unused portion of any active pass.
Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, for example through payment fraud or abuse. If we suspend an account without such cause, we will refund the unused portion of any active pass.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer's right to approach a consumer forum where they live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, let signed-in parents know. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
